Vintage Guitar Enthusiasts Sites: Cool Guitars!

Here's our directory of sites that are maintained by vintage guitar enthusiasts!
These sites feature many aspects of older or antique guitars, including restoration,
display, collecting, and memorabilia.

The Unofficial Danelectro Web Page: A site dedicated to Danelectro and Silvertone guitars that were made in the USA. The site's photo subjects include a 1958 six/six double neck, a 1959 Danelectro Shorthorn and a 1964 Danelectro Deluxe Handvibrato.

Bjorn Eriksson's Rickenbacker Page: This site has many different sections of information pertaining to Rickenbackers. The section on the Beatles' guitars has several photos, including shots of John Lennon's Capri 325. The site also has a serial number guide, as well as a classifieds section.

Steve Ekblad's Guitars: Steve's page contains many great photos of beautiful guitars. Some of the interesting instruments pictured include a Hondo M-16 Machine Gun guitar, a metallic blue 1964 Mosrite Joe Maphis double neck 12 & 6 string guitar, a 1966 Vox Mark VI, and a Gibson Firebird 12.

Trevor's British Guitar and Bass Pages: Trevor's collection includes a 1985 Wal Custom Bass and a very neat custom-built Tony Revell acoustic bass. This site also contains several articles and interviews pertaining to the creation of music.

Rob Wesley's Guitar Page: Rob has an extensive collection of awesome guitars, though he describes himself as a "player" rather than a "collector." The site's inventory includes a 1948 Epiphone Zephyr Jazzbox, a 1959 Gretsch Clipper 6186, and a 1978 Hohner Telecaster TE.

Lord Bizarre's Electric Guitar Museum: This site is based in Belgium and the host owns more than 350 guitars! The guitar list includes many interesting brands, including Kawai, Davoli, Teisco, Eko and Kinor. Many strange guitars!

Mine Gitarer: a site based in Norway that boasts many great photographs of antique or classic guitars. Visit to see a Kay Teardrop, a Univox Effie, a Heit deLuxe, and a Conrad VS!
